All work displayed on this website is owned by Kelley Cintra and is protected from misuse, misappropriation, and unauthorized use by copyright law and international copyright treaties, and all laws upholding intellectual property rights. Kelley Cintra retains the right to use her own work, whether commissioned or licensed out for promoting Kelley Cintra Studio. Any party or person interested in using work by Kelley Cintra for personal, editorial or commercial use must obtain written permission prior to use. All work must give credit to Kelley Cintra Studio.
Purchasing prints of artwork does not imply transfer of copy right.
Shipping & Handling
Original paintings are mailed in a stiff mailer to client via Priority Mail USPS. Kelley Cintra Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and does not offer refunds. If the original painting is lost or damaged in transit, artist will provide a professionally made 8x10” Giclee print of the original image, so long as there is photographic proof of damage or a statement of loss from the carrier. Kelley Cintra Studio is not responsible for any shipping delays by carrier. Tracking information will be provided once available. Orders outside of the U.S. will be charged additional shipping.
