The paintings here are a few examples of custom home portraits I’ve done in the past. Your custom portrait will be painted in a similar style.
Paper Quality: Each painting is created using high quality 140 lb. cold pressed watercolor paper.
Dimensions: You have the option of purchasing a 9 x 12 or 11 x 14 custom painting. Other sizes are available upon request, please email kcintrastudio@gmail.com
Shipping: Please allow up to 4 weeks for creation and delivery. Frame not included. 9 x 12 size a mat is provided. Painting will be delivered in a clear sleeve, packaged in a rigid mailer and sent through USPS. You will receive tracking information once your painting has shipped!

The quality of the painting is dependent on the quality of photo (s) you share with me.
Please share with me a well-lit (daytime) front-facing view of the house. Close up shots of any intricate details like molding or brick are a huge help!
If you have a large home, please share a few photos from different angles.
